Simple mid-week dinner
or dinner on Wednesday evening, we put together something uncomplicated and easy:
- A mixture of russet and sweet potatoes sauteed with onions and garlic, tossed with an Herbes de Provence mix of herbs
- Locally sourced/made sprouted grain bread, toasted and spread with a bit of chèvre
- Arugula salad with sunflower sprouts and a bit more of the chèvre
Even locally-sourced simple comfort food can be lovely, neh?
